Happy Teachers' Day! :D
8/31/2009 07:10:00 pm
Today is Teachers' Day, when we show our gratitude towards our teacher. Had Performance at the hall, performed by mostly sec 4s and sec 5s. They dedicated songs and dances for their teachers, which I felt this is very heart warming especially when the teacher's name is mentioned. After the performance went down to Councillor room for batch cheer. Then me, Ridhuan and Chingwen went back to primary school to see Mr Tan! :D We took Taxi, and Ridhuan paid for us, so cool :D
Back to primary school, suddenly made me feel like going back to those days when I'm playing with my friends after school. Had a talk with Mr Tan, Zheng Lao Shi, Cheng Lao Shi and Ms Chua, and took photos with them! :D
After that we headed for IMM and went around window shopping with Yiming, Ivan, Chingwen and me. So fun talking about some stuffs. :D
Mr Tan Chow Yan will always be the best teacher in my Life :D

Indian vs. India
8/23/2009 08:20:00 pm
LOL I remembered something funny that i wanted to share. History Common Test, it's one easy test. I could have gotten full marks! But you know what, this question that is asking for the country thta gained independence, The answer is India. And I wrote Indian.. -_-.. What a pitty. 1 mark gone for an extra 'n'. I guess I must have been too distracted by Aravind, causing me unable to shake "indian" off my mind. LOL!
Water is infinitely flexible. It can be seen through, and yet at other times it can obscure things from sight. It can split and go around things, rejoining on the other side, or it can crash through things. It can erode the hardest rocks by gently lapping away at them or it can flow past the tiniest pebble.I so Much agree with this. Water can save one's life, while at the same time takes away a life, So unpredictable.

JSS NDP

Had A great day yesterday at Taman Jurong National Carnival! :D We had two game stalls - "POP It" and "HIT the FAMILY". Both were awesome :D I can see those who came to our stalls had great fun playing the games, which kinda makes me feel happy, after all those hard work we put in. Met AhoySet at Mac behind our school. We met to get the stuffs ready, blow up all the balloons, and set up other stuffs. Then we proceeded over to the location for the Carnival. Had everything set up and I had to climb Poles to get the banners up. Man it's cool :D But later we got someone to help us set the banners. They have ladders, which makes things easier. They help us adjust the untidy banners, Thanks alot! :D Then the the carnival started and crowds started coming in. I was in the first shift, in charge of crowd control. But this job proved useless. There's nothing that i can do, so In the end become game explainer. LOLS! Had fun chatting while doing shift :D
After my shift, Went to eat Noodles that was provided for us. I had nothing to do, so i went behind the set up of Stall "POP IT". I was watching Xinlei throwing darts while at the far far back. Who knows he threw till my leg, and the dart stays there! Wow, it felt like someone took a thick needle and poked into your leg. Quite Painful at first, but subsequently the pain faded. After that went around the stalls to play their games. Won quite a few prizes :D While at one of the stall, I met Mr Thaman and Mrs Thaman. I felt so honoured to see them, up close! :D Mrs Thaman still recognise me for I'm in the Gift! I felt so happy :D
At around 8.30 pm, we closed our stalls. Caroline and I had great time bursting the "leftovers" balloon. :D so fun!
What a fun day, I hope we can another of this kind of event, especially with balloons so that can "POP IT"! hahahhas :D
The AhoySet Tee is nice, so black, my favourite :D
